We charge $5.99 for a standard ESN Change
ESN changes & swaps do NOT include any free minutes.

An ESN Change transfers your Page Plus service and phone number to an inactive phone, making your original phone inactive and activating the new phone. No free minutes are included.

WARNINGS: Page Plus has now banned all PREPAID VERIZON PHONES, ALL BLACKBERRYS AND TREOS AND SOME HTC AND AUDIOVOX SMARTPHONES...IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE PHONES ACTIVATED DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND SERVICE AND IT CANNOT BE RESTORED!!........We do not give refunds on ESN changes that fail and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the outcome if you order an ESN change and lose your service - Your new phone must not be active on any carrier and must not be listed as lost/stolen or have an outstanding balance on a contract. Your new phone must be in good working condition and be a compatible "Verizon" phone and your new OR OLD phone must not be any Prepaid Verizon phone, any Blackberry, any Treo or an HTC XV6700, XV6800, VX5800, Audiovox PPC-6700 or HTC Touch

To order an ESN Change we must have:

Your ESN number from your old Phone
Your Page Plus phone number
Your New phone make & model
Your New phone ESN number

If you need to swap two active Page Plus phones - that requires an "ESN SWAP", not an "ESN change", You will need to call Page Plus to do an "ESN swap" between 2 active phones.
